Situated near the village of Antakščiai in Lithuania's Molėtų region, the Aukštakalnis hill is an archaeological site dating back to the 1st-2nd centuries. Archaeological excavations revealed remnants of pottery and dwellings, evidence of an ancient settlement. The excavated area, covering about 3 hectares, still retains fragments of the dwellings of these early inhabitants. The Lithuanian National Museum preserves the finds from the excavation.
