Tucked away in the woods, the 17th-century stone platform at Palapainės Forest stands along the banks of Lapainia’s river. Residing among the environment, the platform stretches 17 meters long, 5 meters high, 12 meters wide, and 13 meters deep, maintaining its original features. In close proximity, approximately 1.3 hectares encompassing it, traces of an ancient settlement, dating back to the 1st-2nd centuries AD, have been unearthed, yielding ceramics and assorted artifacts.
