In the heart of an ancient river bend, a 28-meter long and 35-meter wide hill fort, known as an archaeological site, finds itself in the bend of the Bartuvos and Opalio rivers. This hill fort, built almost 2000 years ago by an unknown tribe, remains shrouded in mystery with its purpose and history yet to be uncovered. The hill fort is situated at the bend of the rivers, with its triangular shape oriented towards the west – northwest. A 35-meter long and 1.5-meter high walled ditch is found at the western end of the hill fort.
