The Klykių Hillfort, located near Klykių lake and Klykių hill, stands 237 meters tall. This archaeological site, registered on hillforts.eu, is believed to have been constructed during the 1st millennium AD. Distinctive characteristics of this hill fort include its absence of buildings, making it an open, outdoor museum. The site's platform is not rectangular in shape, measuring 42 meters long and 46 meters wide, with a 1-meter-high central area. The upper tier of the hill fort is about 10 meters high, while the lower tier is a 4-meter-wide platform. Remains of ancient cultural layers up to 90 cm deep can still be found at this site. Today, it stands as a unique piece of Lithuania's past, inviting visitors to imagine the lives of its ancient inhabitants.
