Castillo (Alcalá de Guadaíra)

The Guadaíra river physically encloses the castle in Alcalá de Guadaíra, a town in Seville, Spain. For centuries, its banks have been the site of battles, legends, and secrets. The largest structure, the castle itself, tells only part of the story. But beyond its walls, you can find remnants of the medieval village, the alcazaba of the Torre Mocha, and the corachas, all hidden in the shadow of the Guadaíra river.
