Cal Senyor is a civil building in El Masnou, commissioned by ship captain Fèlix Maristany Colomer. The current facade was built in 1911 by the architect Juli Maria Fossas i Martínez, who also constructed the adjacent garden and the wrought-iron gate. The building is protected as a cultural asset of local interest.
The structure consists of a ground floor, two levels, and a terrace. The facade is decorated with horizontal bands of glazed terracotta tiles and features vegetal and geometric motifs that are both stuccoed and painted. While there is currently a balcony on the first floor, there was originally a typical modernist display case in that location.
One of the most interesting features of the building is its side patio. This space is enclosed by a low stone wall, a feature that is very infrequent in the constructions of El Masnou. The wrought-iron gate serves as the entrance to the garden, characterized by curved lines and spiral finishes.
