Discovered in 2007: A Hidden Oval Fort at Pavištytis

In 2007, a second hillfort was discovered in Pavištytis, a kilometer from the more famous first one. This fort, covered in earth and stone, is located under towering oaks. The fort's oval shape measures 28x19 meters with a width of 1.5 meters. Its outer wall rises 3.5 meters, enclosing the area 2 meters below the hill.
