Snösätra, located between Rågsveds friområde, Rågsveds centrum, and Lake Magelunden in Enskede-Årsta-Vantör, was once a bustling storage and workshop area. By 2004, it was set for phase-out due to troubles and ill-placed activities, as per OSM data. Today, Snösätra is primarily owned by Stockholm city and is predominantly occupied by construction and recycling businesses. However, in 2014, Snösätra underwent a radical transformation, reimagined as a Street Art and graffiti haven, boasting stunning murals crafted by artists such as Daniel Blomqvist, alias Puppet. Plans are currently in the works to construct 30 apartments on the existing Snösätra storage area, featuring a mix of row houses and terraced houses.
