Several scenes in the 1983 American film Gorkijparken were filmed in Stockholm. During his visit in the city, William Hurt's character, the Soviet police officer Arkadij Renko, also visited Sheraton Hotel. A key scene was filmed at Sturebadet, which was meant to represent a bathhouse in Moscow.
