The house at Segeltorpsvägen 28 was built by baker and confectioner Einar Belvén. One can still imagine his bakery location in the ground floor. It was there he started what later became Delicato, ‘Nordens largest producer of confectionery goods’.
At the end of Segeltorpsvägen lies a small cottage with beachfront and building style from the settlers' time. Now it has been joined by two detached houses in the building style of the 2000s on the beach.
