Abandoned Masia Late owner's brother built La Casa Nova, Monistrol de Calders

The historic and abandoned La Casa Nova, often known as La Casa Nova de l'Om, is a masia in Monistrol de Calders, a town in the Moianès comarca of Catalonia. This masia, located at 538.4 meters above sea level, sits south of the Urbanització Masia del Solà and west of the Masia del l'Om. The name La Casa Nova was derived from its origin, being built by a brother of the owner of the Masia del l'Om in the 18th century. Inside the Sot de la Casa Nova, the ancient quintanes can still be found.
