Hypogeum of Cala Sant Vicenç

The Hypogeum of Cala Sant Vicenç lies in Cala Sant Vicenç, Mallorca, Spain, and dates back to the Bronze Age (1,700–1,500 BC). Today, eight caves are open to visitors. This unique set of caves once held fifteen, as discovered by archaeologist Wilfrid James Hemp. The caves form part of an ancient hypogeum, providing insights into funeral practices of the time.
