Banco de Sóller is a grand modernist building located in the heart of Sóller, Mallorca, Spain. It is on Plaza de la Constitución. Built by architect Juan Rubio in 1899, it was constituted with the aim to compete with the newly constituted Banco de Crédito Balear. Banco de Sóller merged with Banco Hispano Americano in 1943 and is now owned by Banco Santander. The bank's grand portada and decorative elements are remarkable, making it a fascinating sight. Declared a historical-artistic monument in 1980, Banco de Sóller is a testament to the architectural legacy of Sóller.
