Originally named Palazzo Controni, this 17th-century palace in Lucca, Italy, is now a museum showcasing the accumulated works of art and artefacts over the years. The garden attributed to Filippo Juvarra adorns the exterior, complete with an intriguing external stairway and loggia. Inside, frescoes by Scorsini and De Santi adorn the Principal Salon, their early to mid 18th-century artwork greeting visitors. The museum also houses a collection of surgical instruments gathered by Dr. Pietro Pfanner, who passed away in 1935.
