In the lush Kelmė Municipality, Puikiškės piliakalnis can be reached via the A12 highway. Its 17-meter wide entrance leads to the northeast. The mound's 1-meter high rampart, distinct from the unconquered hill, dates to the 1st millennium AD. At the mound's center lies a 18-meter deep, 6-meter wide, and 1-meter high dump. Puikiškės piliakalnis is listed in the Lithuanian Cultural and Historical Monuments Atlas.
