Situated just off Retiro Park, the Madrid Planetarium has been a landmark since its opening in 1986. Its equipment was upgraded in 2016/2017, offering a dynamic exploration of the cosmos. During a one-hour show, you'll journey through galaxies, learn about distant planets, and spot constellations. The planetarium maintains a comfortably chilled environment, and the seating is designed for relaxation. Perhaps its greatest allure is the feeling it imparts: for a while, you're among the stars. Outside, there's an open auditorium in Tierno Galvan Park where children can play.
