The Palacio de Fomento, located at Paseo de la Infanta Isabel 1, Madrid, was designed by Ricardo Velázquez Bosco for the Ministry of Development. Over time, different ministries have occupied the building, with the ministry's name displayed on the facade. In 1905, sculptures by Agustí Querol Subirats titled 'La Gloria y los Pegasos' were placed atop the building, replacing previous ones. Bronze replicas replaced these sculptures in 1976. The palace is classified as a Bien de Interés Cultural and made Spain's national heritage register in 1989 as Ministerio de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación.
