The Umberslade Obelisk is a Grade II listed monument in Warwickshire, England, constructed from local Grey limestone in 1749 by Thomas Archer, 1st Baron Archer. Its purpose is still unclear, whether it commemorates his elevation to the peerage (as Baron Archer of Umberslade) or a hidden reason. The obelisk towers at 70 feet and leans slightly due to the planting of a group of conifers during the construction of the M40 motorway. Its finial once displayed a copper eight-armed cross.
