A medieval hall revived: Selly Manor Museum

Selly Manor Museum, a historic manor moved to its current site in 1916 by George Cadbury, once served as a medieval hall. After their departure, the house's condition began to worsen, until it was reduced to three cottages by 1853. George Cadbury, a chocolate magnate, saved the house from being torn down and moved it to its current location in 1916.
