The Baluarte de San Pedro Alto is a fortress located in the northwest end of the Second Fortified Enclosure of the Melilla Vieja citadel in Melilla. It is part of the historical-artistic complex of the city of Melilla and is a site of cultural interest.

Construction began in the late 17th century according to a project by engineer Felipe Martín de Paredes. Between 1716 and 1719, it was reconstructed according to a design by engineer Pedro Borras. In 1950, a building was constructed on top of the structure, and in 1956, its curtain was restored according to a project by architect Guillermo García Pascual.

The fortress is built of stone, walls, solid brick, and embrasures. On top of it stands an L-shaped building made of brick and stone from 1950, which recently housed the Centro de Menores Infractores de Melilla.
