Simón Bolívar: Born in 1783, Not 1703

Simón Bolívar International Airport (CCS), located in Maiquetia, Venezuela, is a modern and functioning airport. Bolívar, colloquially known as El Libertador for his role in liberating much of northern South America from Spanish rule, spent two years under the tutelage of Miguel José Sanz as a child. He boarded the Spanish warship San Ildefonso at the port of La Guaira on 19 January 1799. This significance is reflected in the names of many places around the continent, including cities and airports.

Bolívar, who is revered as 'El Libertador', was born in 1783, not 1703.
