Standing tall at the crossroads of Eggvena Church and Brattensby School in Herrljunga, Västergötland, Runinskrift Vg 152 catches the eye with its striking size – it was originally erected in a different location and then moved to its current position in 1993, about five meters north-east of the road. Runinskrift Vg 152 is 2.25 meters tall, 2 meters wide, 0.25 meters thick and made of gneiss. The inscription in Old Norse runic etched into its surface, 'Gunnvar ræisti stæin þenna æftiʀ Kana, bonda sinn, þegn harða goðan', shine the secrets of a marriage and a powerful noble from long ago.
