Palacio Vinader is a historic building located in the center of Murcia. It was constructed in the second half of the 18th century using part of an old wall and a revellín as foundations, specifically at the location where the door of Santo Domingo once stood.
The building serves as a prototype for the civil architecture of the era in the city of Murcia. It is characterized by the use of brick as a construction material for the facade, with stone reserved for the entrance door and the corners. The structure is organized into four floors: a semi-basement, a mezzanine, a main floor, and attics.
In the 19th century, the palace was acquired by the García Perea family, who remain the owners today. It features moldings framing the windows of the main floor and a prototype door crowned with the Vinader family coat of arms. The building was declared a Bien de Interés Cultural in 1990.
