At the end of June 1941, an unknown number of Jews were killed near the town of Skaudvilė. The executioners were German soldiers, Gestapo, or SD. It is unknown where they came from, but it was probably a team from the EK-Tilsit, because Skaudvilė is located about 10 km outside the 25-kilometer zone where EK-Tilsit operated.
In August 1941, 300 Jewish men were killed at the same location.
