Little Aston Hall: Modern Apartments Overlooking a History-Rich Lake

Little Aston Hall, a historic manor in Little Aston, Staffordshire, England, was first constructed around 1730 by Richard Scott. James Wyatt renovated the Hall in the early 19th century for William Tennant, and Hon Edward Swynfen Parker Jervis expanded it in 1857. Over the early 20th century, the Hall had several owners. In 1984, the site was redeveloped, and the original hall was converted into seven superior residential apartments while seven new modern-style apartment blocks were built in the grounds overlooking the lake. Today, Little Aston Hall is home to around 100 apartments known as Lady Aston Park, a BUPA residential care home, and a private BUPA hospital.
