In the 1930s, the settlers organized a bathing place, and in the late 1940s, Gösta Krantz organized a mini-golf course. In the 1950s, it was taken over by Snättringe resident Tage Tegenborg, who added both a kiosk and a simple canteen.
Casa del Lago is a popular newcomer and for those who don't know, it is Spanish/Italian. Casa = house and Lago = lake. On a Snättringe map from 1704, it says Lacus; that also means lake, but in Latin.
Train driver Stålman also had his house built by the shore. It is made of stone and has fine facade decorations. His old washhouse remains, and he has had a road named after him on the Snättringe side of the lake, Stålmans väg. He owned land there as well.

There is also a Lignells väg, but it is located in Haninge by Drevviken. Patron Lignell owned land there as well.
