Cuéllar Castle is the most emblematic monument in Cuéllar, a town located in the province of Segovia, autonomous community of Castile and León, in Spain. Built between the 13th and 18th century, the castle has a total area of 1,025 m<sup>2</sup> and its highest point is located in the keep, with a height of 20 m. The castle has been declared Bien de Interés Cultural (Property of Cultural Interest) on 3 June 1931. Cuéllar celebrates its patron since the next Friday with a wide programming of activities for all publics.
In 2026, the guests will be represented by Judith Frutos Fernández, who will be the Corregidora de las Fiestas de los Encierros de Cuéllar, along with Natalia del Olmo Martínez and Laura Martín Muñoz. The fiestas in Cuéllar, which last for a week (from the 28th of August to the 3rd of September), present a traditional yet modern approach to Spanish festivities. In the morning, the bull runs and bullfights take place, while the afternoons are filled with festivities like music and local traditions.

The fiestas in Cuéllar are unique due to the encierros, or bull runs, which are considered to be among the most ancient in Spain. The town's beauty and Special Geographical Situation (SEGITUR) further contribute to its appeal, as it sits on a hill at the highest point of the town, offering breathtaking views of the countryside.
