The castle of Argüeso, a medieval fortification in Spain, stands on a hill in the western part of the village of Argüeso. It is easily visible from the Paracuelles access road and was declared a cultural heritage site in 1983. The castle houses a 9th-century church dedicated to San Vicente, which was once part of an ermita. The remains of a medieval necropolis, dating from the 9th and 10th centuries, can also be found within the castle. Visitors can explore the castle from November to March, between 10:30 AM to 14:00 PM and 16:00 to 17:30 PM, and from April to October, between 10:30 AM to 14:00 PM and 16:00 to 18:30 PM. From July to August, the castle is open from 10:30 AM to 14:00 PM and 16:00 to 19:30 PM. It is closed on January 1 and 6, May 1, December 25 and the afternoons of December 24 and 31.
