Vass Brita Ersdotter moved to Falun, Dalarna, in the 1880s to become a mining workman's wife. She resided in Vass Britas gård, a well-preserved semidetached house from the 17th century. The house, located in the district Gamla Herrgården in Falun, carries her name.
