The Old Steam Power Plant

In the silhouette that Västerås draws against Mälaren, one notices a tower with four chimney pipes on top. It is the old steam power plant that once significantly contributed to Sweden's energy supply. Today, the steam power plant is a declared building heritage that, among other things, houses Cookie Point, Västerås Action Pool. The grand complex was designed by Erik Hahr at the beginning of the 20th century.
