Reform Tower, in Meethill, a town southwest of Peterhead in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, was built in 1832. The structure was intended to be an observatory, but was never completed. The architect behind this intriguing structure remains unknown. The blocks, constructed in five stages, each slightly narrower than the last, still stand today, whispering tales of unfulfilled ambition.
