The Old Yacht Club in Cartagena, Spain, is a recreated version of a building designed by architect Mario Spottorno in 1912. After a devastating fire in 2001, the original structure was demolished. However, in 2006, a replica was built according to the designs of architect Ivan Martinez, echoing the essence of the lost building.
