Crosville-sur-Douve Château: A French Castle With a Changing Past

On the boundary of the Douve marsh, in northern France, stands the Château de Crosville-sur-Douve, a grand stone structure from the 15th century, once the seat of a French feudal court, one of the last ones in France. Over the centuries, the Boudet family, the last lords of Crosville, were associated with the castle, but the chateau's ownership transitioned to the Lefol family in 1984. They sought to preserve and share this architectural and historical treasure with the world.
