Back in the day, Scott Rd was prideful in East Windsor's Broad Brook, Connecticut's industrial heart. Built in 1867, expanded in 1880, and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, these buildings now lay in ruins by 2024. All that remains are whispers of their vibrant past. But, under the watchful eye of the US Environmental Protection Agency, they continue to wrestle with lingering contamination.
