Located in Simandre-sur-Suran, France, the Pierre Fiche menhir is a Neolithic menhir. It is approximately 3.8 meters high and spans about 1.3 meters in length by half a meter across its base. The monument is one of the rare surviving megalithic structures in the department of Ain. Although there is no direct dating available, the menhir's shape resembles Neolithic Middle period examples. It is the only known menhir in Ain and one of the few megalithic monuments attested in the department.
Two other menhirs, removed in the 18th century, were nearby, suggesting the site may have originally been a more complex ensemble. The Pierre Fiche menhir is classified as a historic monument since 1888. It is listed on the Megalithic Portal and Mérimée. Locally, the menhir is said to have been planted by three fairies, and one of its protrusions was believed to render fertile couples who rubbed against it.
