When I seek the origin of the foreign city, I reach my first experiences of Stockholm. At the age of ten I started wandering. Often the destination was Birger Jarls Passagen for me, filled with magic with its peep shows and its little cinema, Maxim. There one could for 75 öre watch prohibited films and even take oneself up to the old book in the machine room. In the shop windows there were corsets and curettes, protests and mild pornographic publications.
