Ship stones hidden in Min Skane's farm field, Ulriksberg

In a farm field in Min Skane, Sweden, a forgotten mystery is nestled - the Stenhed, a ship setting on the grounds of Ulriksberg. With a length of 52 meters and a width of 14 meters, it comprises 30 lying stones, the tallest of which is over a meter. One of these stones bears skålgropar, or cup marks. However, another, smaller ship setting once existed here, made of nine stones. Some time around the last century, this smaller installation was removed. But the purpose or history of these enigmatic ship installations remains a mystery.
