Kleva gruva, discovered in 1691, was excavated for copper until Jöns Jacob Berzelius found nickel in it in 1838. It was closed in 1914-15 and filled with silt. In 2005, a new life began: Kleva Gruva Äventyrsberget. Today, the site offers mining tours, gold panning, and hidden treasure for visitors.
