Harrisburg Ghost Town, a pioneer settlement, cropped up in Southern Utah sometime in 1859. This old-timer, led by the one and only Moses Harris, was stompin' with 200 resilient settlers by '68. But ol' reliable Mother Nature, she ain't no pushover. Floods, grasshoppers eatin' all the crops, and Native American run-ins, they took their sweet time winnin' the town over from '59 to '95. Today, folks like you and me can venture inside the 1864 Orson Adams House and check out the sandstone structures that still stand, each one tellin' a story of the wild, wild West.
