The sculpture group 'Through work for work' was created by Sam Westerholm and is located at Olof Palme Square in Gothenburg. It was unveiled in September 1986 by Stig Malm in connection with a Nordic labor conference. The sculpture depicts two **women** and one man with a flag. A plate has the inscription: 'In memory of those who fought for bread, justice, and freedom. What they won we have inherited.' On a granite plinth, there are three reliefs with motifs of August Palm speaking in Haga in 1882, the food riots in 1917, and the evictions of tenants in Olskroken in 1936.
