Al-Salam Stadium is a multi-use venue in Egypt built in 2009. It serves as the home venue for the Egyptian Premier League side El Entag El Harby, a club owned by the Egyptian Ministry of Military Production. The stadium has an all-seated capacity of 30,000 and has hosted major events including Group B of the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup and matches in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
In December 2019, Al-Ahly announced the acquisition of the stadium from the Ministry of Military Production for 25 years, lasting until 2045. This deal was part of the club's 2045 vision. While there were initial reports that the name would change to Al-Ahly WE Al-Salam Stadium in August 2020, El Entag El Harby president Ashraf Amer announced the following day that the name would remain Al-Salam Stadium according to the agreement.
As part of the acquisition, El Entag El Harby was permitted to play at the stadium normally until the end of the 2019-20 season to avoid league schedule conflicts. Al-Ahly also confirmed that all national teams would be allowed to play at the venue. The stadium remains a significant site for both club football and international tournaments.
