The Théâtre Graslin in Nantes, France, is one of the few 18th-century theatres still preserved in the country. Located in the city centre, the theatre was built by Mathurin Crucy, an architect inspired by Palladian architecture, in 1813. However, the theatre was destroyed by fire in 1796 and was not rebuilt until 1811-1813. Today, the theatre continues to host a variety of performances, including ballets, operas, and concerts.
