Standing in Släbro, Sweden, for over a thousand years, Södermanland Runic Inscription 367, or Sö 367, is a Viking Age memorial runestone. The inscriptions reveal the story of a noble, though not royal, family and their farm, Sleðabrú. Today, the bird in the runic carvings symbolizes the whole village, known as Släbrostenen, or the memorial stone that locals call by this name, as it gave its name to the village.
