The mysterious stone slab of Angarn, known as The Slipstone of Angarn today, is an impressive, 2.5-meter long slab of stone situated at Angarnssjöängen in Angarns socken, Vallentuna kommun. It is one of the largest ancient rock carvings in the Stockholms area. The carving, executed on a sloping granite stone, depicts two ships and two horses, one of which is pulling a wagon with four wheels. Created during the Bronze Age, this hällristningsområde at Angarnssjöängen is one of the largest in the Stockholms area, with several other, unclear carvings also on the site.
