Situated in the Klaipėda region, Dovilų piliakalnis dates back to the first millennium AD to the 13th century. Archaeological studies have discovered a complex network of tunnels within the hillfort's mound, with a four-cornered shape and a 110-meter-long, 20-25-meter-wide central area. The eastern mound reaches 2.5 meters, unveiling 9-meter-tall statuses during excavations. Dovilų piliakalnis is catalogued among hillforts in East Prussia and listed in the inventory of cultural heritage of the Lithuanian SSR.
