Sparreska palatset, located on Birger jarls torg 11 on Riddarholmen in Stockholm, is one of the oldest and most prestigious palaces in the city. It was built around Riddarholmskyrkan and the waterfront during the 1600s and 1700s to beautify Sweden and its capital. In 1807-1808, after a fire, the palace was expanded with another floor. It is a state building monument and is managed by Statens fastighetsverk.
