This 9-foot tall, 6-foot wide, and thumb-thick granite colossus has eluded history’s grasp, hidden behind the weight of antiquity. Charles-Tanguy Le Roux, a historian with a penchant for the unconventional, assigns these monoliths the title 'marqueur', but what do they mark? Could there be a forgotten ceremony waiting to be deciphered? Cradled by the forest's foliage, it can be discovered along a winding trail, crossing a wooden bridge where the chilly wind seems to echo the whispers of bygone rituals.
