The Palazzo Doria-Spinola or Palazzo Antonio Doria is a palace located in Genoa's historical center. It is one of the 163 Palazzi dei Rolli in Genoa, a system that provided private residences for the hosting of notable guests during state visits to the Republic of Genoa. On July 13, 2006, it was added to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Genoa: Le Strade Nuove and the system of the Palazzi dei Rolli. The palace now hosts the Prefecture of Genoa and the seat of the Province of Genoa. It was commissioned by Antonio Doria, cousin of the Genoese Admiral Andrea Doria, and constructed by Bernardino Cantone, Giovan Battista Castello, and Taddeo Carlone.

Finished in the late 16th century, the palace underwent various modifications and was passed to the Spinola family in 1624. The Spinola family expanded the palace to the east, adding a richly decorated gallery by Andrea Ansaldo. The main rooms were adorned with scenes from the Trojan War and battles between sea monsters, and a room inspired by the Gallery of Maps in the Vatican, documenting the achievements of the Doria family, was added.
