The **Bridge of Mantible** (Spanish: *Puente Mantible*) is a collapsed medieval marvel located near Logroño, Spain. It crosses the Ebro river between La Rioja and the Basque Country, connecting El Cortijo and Laserna. Its exact origins have long been subjects of scholarly debate, but recent research has dispelled the Roman hypotheses that circulated for much of the 20th century, positioning the bridge as an 11th-century engineering feat commissioned by King Sancho el Mayor of Navarre.
