Head to Copons to Discover a Historic Mill Retaining Its Oil Press

The Molí del Madora, located in Copons, Anoia, is a building worth acknowledging, as it was included in the Inventary of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia. Initially serving as a flour mill, it underwent transformations to become an oil mill and later a plaster mill. Today, it is occupied, yet it retains some of its original features, notably the basin and the remnants of the cacau, visible from the exterior. Despite its history as an oil mill, the exact use of the Molí del Madora during those days remains unconfirmed.
